Executive Lean Management System Lessons
Are you unsure of your Executive role in a Lean Management System (LMS)? As the operations leaders implement the LMS elements, how do you connect these elements with your Executive responsibilities?
As an Executive within your organization, you play a significant part in the success of your Lean Management System. You need to ensure that the operational work is aligned to True North goals by enabling the translation of goals for each level of management. Working with your leaders, learn how to develop the dialogue and problem solving necessary to achieve results. Catalysis has developed an implementation approach for a Lean Management System that has been utilized at over 40 healthcare organizations in the United States and Canada. These Executive lessons are specific to your role in the implementation.
For each lesson, Executives will be provided a video link and pre-work assignments. During the group learning session, the Executive LMS Coach will highlight key concepts, answer questions and facilitate a group dialogue. These seven lessons are sequenced with the LMS Module instruction, typically over a six-month period.
At the end of this program, participating leaders will be able to:
- Understand the use and participate in tiered status updates
- Capture key performance indicators that align with the organization’s True North
- Produce a performance management review system to develop direct reports and achieve results.
